FOOTWORKS

Footworks

Sheldon invented this innovative fitness system which combines constant motion with focus. No longer taught in the Bay Area, Footworks Fitness (FWF)  is specifically designed to develop thinking skills, coordination and rhythm. It has the addictive qualities of solving a puzzle, with the added benefits of sweat. :)   

There are no memorized routines so the mind and body are challenged to work together, much like a fast paced "Simon Says" game. 

The system starts with Rudiments which are basic 4-count moves.  Level 1 takes these same basic moves and multiples them to make 16-count combinations. Each level (there are 7) involves an additional layer of complexity, which adds to the fun and boredom is non-existent!

Equipment:  "The Step" brand step bench, without risers.  Due to the speed and agility required, risers are not used, even in the most advanced levels.
